Hi Everyone! Well it's been awhile since I posted here...I have been busy traveling around the country going to cat shows with my mom.
The good news is,,,,I granded at the show in Bonner Springs in May! Whoopee!
I am all done with my show career for the time being.

Now I excited to report I am pregnant! Whoo hooo!!! Yes, Armani and I had a romance and soon there will be little Skye babies running around......they could be any color!

It sure is fun to stay home, be fat, and eat as much as I feel like! Oh wait, I did that anyway!

Morning Everyone! We had a huge snow storm on Friday night and our lovely 60 degree weather is now gone! I am quite annoyed! I was so enjoying having the windows open! It snowed all day Saturday too. sigh,,,,,,,,,

Monday's News

Here I am at the Mo-Kan cat show in Overland Park, Kansas. See my pretty red bed in the background? I love it. This is my show cage I hang out in. I like to sit in it and watch all the people walk by.

Bronwen and Tom came to visit us too! They are the parents of Cocoa, Touffee, Rusty and Pepper. We had a nice visit with them! It was nice to have friends come to see us.

We racked up 22 points at this show so now we are past the halfway mark to granding. We need 200 pts and we have 103 now. I'm a hard color to show, lilacs aren't as flashy as seals....however, I think I am pretty darn flashy myself! Hah!

Oh and Mom did try to get my picture taken again.....I told her I was not going to cooperate! I win! No pics! Foiled again Preston!

Last nite I got a show bath......I must admit I am rather fluffy now....however of course I had to re-do the whole thing! I overheard Mom say she was going to have Preston take my picture again. heh heh.....good luck with that Preston! I will foil that diabolical plan and turn my back to the camera and flatten my ears....just wait...I will ignore all your stupid toys till you get so frustrated you yell..."get this cat outta here!" hee hee....I can't wait to see you Preston.

Touffee's Brother Rusty

Hi Everyone! I'm Rusty, Touffee's brother. I am a Maine Coon, and I live with Touffee.
We have lots of fun on our cat tree! My Mom is Bronwen and my Dad is Tom. That's my dad holding me up! I'm a big boy!

Here I am helping Mom make the bed! I am a really good helper!

Last nite Mom broke her little toe. She put a bag of frozen corn in a zip lock bag and put it on her foot. While she was asleep I stole the frozen bag of corn off the bed and hid it in the bathroom! hee hee

Mom sure looked crazy throwing off all the covers on the bed looking for it!!!!!

My revenge against the coat continued last nite,,,,,well actually early this am, 3:18am to be exact...my plan went into action...banging on the mini blinds every 15 minutes, just as Mom would go back to sleep. She was too tired to get up and throw me out of the bedroom.... hee hee...I was quite evil. :-)

I couldn't find the cell phone or I would have chewed on it!

I'm sure I will never have to wear that stupid coat again!

Well one more day and Mom will be home with us for the whole weekend!

Good news, the cell phone dried out and still works! Except for the alarm!

Skye's Wednesday update

Hi Everyone!

My name is Gaelic Skye, "Skye" for short. I am a lilac lynx point Birman girl. My human mom brought me home from a lady in Virginia named Nancy. She got my parents from Belgium and Switzerland! I was born here in the U.S.

My humanMom likes to take me to shows where she can show me off. I love to torment her in the motel room at night by walking on her head and diving under the covers to bite her leg to keep her awake.

Recently we were in Iowa at a show where it was very cold! February in Iowa is no fun.

Mom's two grandkids came up for a visit with their mom and they had on these fancy winter coats! I thought they looked silly on cats, but hey, what do I know! So mom had to go out and buy me one. Boy is that thing irritating! I figured how to get it off me in about 5 seconds......Mom was trying to take my picture in it. Some nerve!

I have my dignity to preserve!

Last nite I had a fun time running around the bedroom until I jumped off the hamper and Mom's cell phone went KERLUNK into the water bowl.....boy did she fly out of bed fast! hee hee.....it sure livened up bedtime!
